La
Fondation Info-Türk est l'émanation d'un collectif
turco-européen constitué en 1974 dans le but d'informer l'opinion
mondiale tant de la vie sociale, économique, culturelle et politique en
Turquie que des problèmes de l'immigration en provenance de ce pays.
Info-Türk a l'honneur d'avoir publié en Europe le
seul
périodique
bilingue sur la Turquie et ce sans interruption depuis 48 ans.
Le
collectif a publié également depuis 1974 plusieurs livres, brochures, dossiers,
disques et cassettes en différentes langues: français, anglais,
néerlandais, allemand et turc.
Les informations diffusées par Info-Türk depuis près d'un demi
siècle
constituent une véritable chronologie de la répression et les luttes
pour la démocratie en Turquie. Dénonçant la violation des droits de
l'homme dans ce pays, Info-Türk contribue ainsi aux luttes pour la
démocratie en Turquie.
En
plus de ses publications et activités
d'information, Info-Türk a
également organisé une série d'activités socio-culturelles pour des
immigrants en Belgique comme des cours de langue, formation
socio-professionnelle, ateliers créatifs et école de devoirs et fait
partie de plusieurs initiatives démocratiques dans la lutte contre le
racisme et la xénophobie.
Toutes ces activités reconnues par la Communauté française et la Région
bruxelloise sont regroupées depuis 2001 au sein d'une
organisation interculturelle indépendante: les Ateliers
du Soleil.
ACTIVITES
Cette fondation a pour objet de conserver et de valoriser le patrimoine
matériel et intellectuel que ses fondateurs ont réalisé en vue de
contribuer à la reconnaissance des réalités socio-politiques et
culturelles de Turquie ainsi qu'à la promotion socio-culturelle
des ressortissants de ce pays, immigrés ou réfugiés en Europe.
Les activités principales de la fondation:
1° Classement et
informatisation
de tous les documents écrits, imprimés ou audio-visuels, réalisés ou
acquis par ses fondateurs;
2° Diffusion permanente des informations actuelles relatives à la
défense des droits de l'Homme et à la démocratisation de la vie
sociale, culturelle et politique en Turquie;
3° Organisation d’activités ou concours pouvant contribuer à la
réalisation de son objectif;
4°
Aide aux organisations interculturelles
en ce qui concerne leurs besoins pour documentation, publication et
gestion.
HISTORIQUE
Historiquement,
Info-Türk est la
continuation de plusieurs initiatives
de média précédentes
contribuées par ses deux fondateurs, Dogan
Özgüden et Inci
Tugsavul:
- Entre
1952 et 1964 ils ont travaillé dans
les quotidiens ou
revues d'opposition comme Ege Güneşi, Sabah Postası, Milliyet,
Öncü, Gece Postası, Hür Vatan, Hareket, Kim, Sosyal Adalet...
- Entre
1964 et 1966, ils ont transfomé le
quotidien AKSAM en un véritable journal de gauche.
- La
Maison d'éditions ANT qui a
publié à Istanbul une revue
socialiste et une cinquantaine de livres de 1967 jusqu'en 1971.
- Après
l'interdiction de la revue ANT
par la junte du coup
d'état militaire de 1971, nos fondateurs ont organisé en Europe la
Résistance Démocratique de Turquie.
- Après
le coup d'état de 1980 ils étaient
parmi les dirigeants de l'Union pour la démocratie en Turquie
(DIB).
- Ils
ont mis sur pied le Collectif
Info-Türk
le 1er mai 1974 à Bruxelles afin d'informer le public mondial de la
situation des droits de l'Homme en Turquie et des problèmes des
immigrés et exilés en provenance de Turquie.
Le
Bulletin Info-Türk
a été
publié en différentes langues uniquement sur papier de novembre
1976 jusqu'en
janvier 1998.
De février 1998
jusqu'en octobre 2001 également en édition électronique. Depuis
novembre 2001, Info-Türk est publié uniquement en édition
électronique: https://www.info-turk.be
Le collectif Info-Türk s'est transformé en 2003 en une fondation privée.

Info-Türk
Vakfı, dünya
kamuoyunu Türkiye'nin sosyal,
ekonomik ve kültürel gerçeklerinden olduğu kadar bu ülkeden gelen
göçmen ve mültecilerin sorunları konusunda bilgilendirmek üzere 1974'te
başlatılan bir kollektif girişimin devamıdır.
Info-Türk Avrupa'da
48 yıldır Türkiye
üzerine iki dilde kesintisiz yayın yapan tek kuruluş olmanın
onurunu
taşıyor. Bunun yanısıra, 1974 yılından beri, çesitli dillerde - Türkçe, Fransızca,
İngilizce, Almanca
ve Flamanca - birçok da kitap, broşür, dosya, plak ve kaset yayınlamış
bulunuyor.
İnfo-Türk
tarafindan
süreli ve süresiz
yayınlarla verilen haberler ve yorumlar, Türkiye'de yarım yüzyıla yakın
bir süredir uygulanan baskılar ve buna karşı verilen
demokratik
mücadeleler konusunda gerçek bir kronolojik kaynak oluşturuyor. Bu
çalışmalar Türkiye'deki demokratikleşme mücadelesine
önemli bir katkı sağlıyor.
Yayın
ve enformasyon faaliyetlerine
ek olarak, Info-Türk aynızamanda Belçika'daki göçmenler ve
mülteciler
için dil kursları, sosyal ve mesleki eğitim, yaratıcı atölyeler ve okul
ödevlerine yardım gibi birçok sosyo-kültürel faaliyet organize etmiş,
ırkçılığa ve yabancı düşmanlığına karşı tüm girişimlerin içinde aktif
olarak yeralmıştır.
Frankofon
Topluluğu ve Brüksel Bölge yönetimleri tarafından tanınan tüm bu
faaliyetler 2001'den bu yana çok kültürlü bağımsız bir kuruluş
bünyesinde yürütülmektedir: Güneş
Atölyeleri.
FAALİYETLERİ
Vakfın amacı,
kurucularının
Türkiye'nin
sosyopolitik ve kültürel gerçeklerinin
tanınmasına ve bu ülkeden Avrupa'ya gelen göçmen ve mültecilerin
sosyo-kültürel gelişimine katkıda bulunmak amacıyla oluşturduklari
maddi
ve entellektüel kazanımların korunması ve değerlendirilmesidir.
Vakfın başlıca
faaliyetleri:
1° Kurucuları
tarafından gerçekleştirilen veya edinilen
yazılı, basılı veya işitsel-görsel tüm belgelerin tasnifi ve dijitalize
edilmesi;
2° Türkiye'de insan haklarının savunulmasına ve sosyal, siyasal ve
kültürel yaşamın demokratikleşmesine ilişkin sürekli enformasyon
verilmesi;
3° Vakıf amaçlarının
gerçekleştirilmesine katkıda bulunacak
etkinlikler ve yarışmalar organize edilmesi;
4° Kültürlerarası
kuruluşlara
dokümantasyon, yayın ve yönetim konularındaki gereksinimleri için
yardımcı olmak.
TARİHÇE
Tarihsel olarak,
Info-Türk,
kurucuları Doğan
Özgüden ve Inci
Tuğsavul'un daha önce katkıda bulunduğu çeşitli medya
girişimlerinin devamıdır:
- 1952'den
1964'e kadar Ege Güneşi, Sabah Postası, Milliyet, Öncü, Gece
Postası,
Hür Vatan, Hareket, Kim, Sosyal Adalet gibi muhalif gazete ve
dergiler...
- 1964'ten
1966'ya kadar günlük AKŞAM'ı solun
güçlü sesi haline getirmişlerdir.
- Istanbul'da
kurdukları ANT Yayınevi
ise 1967'den 1971'e kadar bir sosyalist dergi ve 50'den fazla kitap
yayınlamıştır.
- ANT
Dergisi'nin 1971 darbesinden
sonra askeri cunta tarafindan
kapatılması üzerine, kurucularımız Avrupa'da Türkiye
Demokratik Direniş Hareketi'ni
organize etmişlerdir.
- 1980
darbesinden sonra da Demokrasi
İçin Birlik (DİB) yöneticileri arasında yeralmışlardır.
- 1
Mayıs 1974'te dünya kamuoyunu Türkiye'de
insan hakları ve Türkiye'den gelen göçmenler ve sürgünler konusunda
bilgilendirmek üzere Brüksel'de İnfo-Türk Kollektifi'ni
kurmuşlardır.
Info-Türk
Bülteni Kasım 1976'dan Ocak 1998'e kadar çeşitli dillerde sadece basılı
olarak
yayınlanmıştır.
Şubat 1998'den Ekim 2001'e kadar ise
aynızamanda elektronik olarak yayınlanmıştır. Kasım 2001'den beri ise Info-Türk
sadece elektronik olarak yayınlanıyor: https://www.info-turk.be
Info-Türk Kollektifi,
bu kaynakları
kalıcı kılmak için 2003
yılında özel bir vakfa dönüştürülmüştür.

in Turkey
Info-Türk Foundation
is the continuation of a
Turco-European working group
founded
in
1974 with the aim to inform the world
opinion of the social,
economic, cultural
and political life of Turkey and the problems of the immigration coming
from that country.
Info-Türk has
the honour of having published in
Europe the
only bilingual
periodical
on Turkey without any interruption for 48 years. It also
published
since 1974
many books, pamphlets, files, records and cassettes in different
languages,
mainly in English, French, Dutch, German and Turkish.
The informations given by Info-Türk constitute
a
real
chronology on the repression and the
struggles
for democracy in Turkey for a third of century. Denouncing the violations of human
rights in that
country, Info-Türk
contributes to the struggle for democracy in Turkey as well.
In addition to its
publications and information
activities, Info-Türk
has also organized a series of social and cultural activities for
immigrants
in Belgium such as language courses, social and professionnal training,
creative workshops and homework classes, and takes part in many
democratic
initiatives in struggle against racism and xenophobia.
All
these
activities recognized by French-speaking Community and the Region of
Brussels are grouped together since 2001 within an
independent
intercultural organisation: Sun Workshops.
ACTIVITIES
This foundation has the
aim of preserving and developing
the
material
and intellectual heritage that its founders
created in order to
contribute
to the recognition of socio-political and cultural realities of Turkey
and to the socio-cultural promotion of the immigrants and refugees
coming
from this country to Europe.
The foundation's
principal activities:
1°
Classification and
computerization of
the
written,
printed or audio-visual documents, realized or acquired by its
founders;
2° Diffusion of current information relating to the
defense
of the human rights and to the democratization of the social, cultural
and political life in Turkey;
3° Organisation of activities or competitions which can contribute
to the realization of the foundation's aims;
4°
Help to intercultural organizations concerning their needs of
documentation, publication and management.
HISTORICAL
Historically, Info-Türk
is the continuation of many
preceding
media initiatives contributed by its founders, Dogan
Özgüden and Inci
Tugsavul:
- From
1952 up to 1964 they worked at opposition dailies and reviews such as Ege
Güneşi, Sabah Postası, Milliyet, Öncü, Gece Postası, Hür Vatan,
Hareket, Kim, Sosyal Adalet...
- From
1964 up to 1966 they transformed the
daily AKSAM into influential voice of the Left
- ANT
Publications that published in
Istanbul a socialist review an more than fifthy books from 1967 up to
1971.
- After
the interdiction of the review ANT
by the junta of
the 1971 military coup, our founders organized in Europe Democratic Resistance of
Turkey.
- After
the 1980 Coup they were among the leaders of the Union for
Democracy in Turkey (DIB).
- They
founded the Collectif Info-Turk
on May 1st, 1974, for informing the world opinion of the sittuation of
human rightes in Turkey and the problems of the migrants and exiled
people from Turkey.
The Bulletin Info-Türk
was published in different
languages from November
1976
until
January 1998 only on paper.
From February 1998 until October 2001 also
in electronic
edition.
Since November 2001 Info-Türk
is published only
in
electronic
edition: https://www.info-turk.be
In 2003, the working group Info-Türk
transformed into
a
private foundation.
